Instructions for use |

|
To heat in a microwave |
|
| 1. |
Place the pack into the microwave.
Heat for recommended time. ( Please check the table for heating time ) |
|
| 2. |
Remove the pack by holding the straps. Lay the pack down for a minute. |
|
| 3. |
Apply the pack to the body area that needs therapy. |

To cool in a freezer |
|
| 1. |
Put the package into a plastic bag making sure that the bag is sealed and free from air. |

Place the bag into the freezer for at least 2 hours. ( No time limit ) |

| 3. |
Remove the pack from the bag. |
|
| 4. |
Apply pack to the body area that needs treatment. |
