In boiling water |

Boil a pot of water and remove from heat. |

Place pack into the water for approx. 5 minutes. |

| 3. |
Remove the pack using tongs.
Dry the pack with a towel or tissue. |

| 4. |
Place pack into its sleeve or wrap in a towel to protect the skin. |

|
|
|
In microwave oven |
|
| 1. |
Place the pack into the microwave. |
|
| 2. |
Heat for recommended time.
(Please check suggested heating times) |

| 3. |
Remove pack and place into its sleeve or wrap in a towel to protect the skin. |
|
| 4. |
If the pack is not hot enough for use reheat, but for a reduced amount of time. |
|
|

Instructions to cool |

Place the pack into a freezer for at least 2 hours. ( No time limit ) |
|
| 2. |
Remove pack and place into its sleeve or wrap in a towel to protect the skin. |
